Our national network of UK Support Centres and team of specialised Hitachi trained engineers ensures we have the ability to provide a rapid response if needed. While our service vans are equipped with state of the art “Maintenance Pro” diagnostic equipment and tooling, and will be pre-loaded with any parts necessary to ensure minimum downtime.
Utilising sophisticated on-board monitoring technology we can collect vital data for the efficient operation of your machine, including fuel efficiency, CO2 emissions, idling time and health. Included as standard on all midi, medium and large size excavators and wheeled loaders, we will use this data to proactively advise on preventative maintenance and alarms if they occur. If you need a visit from one of our factory trained engineers, they will arrive on site briefed and equipped to return your machine to optimum performance, with minimal downtime.
With access to the Hitachi Global E-Service Owners Site, you can also monitor your own machines’ performance 24/7.
Register to Hitachi ConSite and receive a monthly email, providing a consolidated report on your machines monthly performance and operational data.
