HCMUK is deeply aware of the fact that the company is part of society. With operations across the globe, HCM Group interacts with a wide range of local communities. For our company to continually grow, we must be committed to growing with the communities we operate in, while being mindful of the local culture.

It is our aim to realise a sustainable society, through activities that capitalise on the unique nature of its business operations, for the growth of both communities and HCMUK. We also undertake initiatives to achieve an even better society through various social activities. 

On an annual basis, all staff within HCMUK are invited to vote for their chosen national and regional charities, sports, and community groups to determine which of the causes will receive financial support from HCMUK. 

HCMUK regularly promote the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility and employee engagement throughout the business. 

We’re also proud to have longstanding relationships with the Newcastle Falcons, Hebburn Town FC, and Hitachi KTM motocross team, providing annual sponsorships.
