Position: Field Service Engineer
Location: 1x South East Region (Based out of Reading)

Are you a time served engineer with excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail with a proven track record working on construction equipment? Duties will include:
- Maintaining and repairing Hitachi construction machinery.
- Attend machine breakdowns at customer sites and effect repairs to ensure minimum machine down time.
- Carry out scheduled servicing of machines at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and fault find any defects on machines and carry out repairs as necessary.
- Ensure that work is carried out to the highest standard and on time.
- Ensure that service reports, time sheets etc. are completed correctly and submitted on time.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Time served engineer.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record working on construction equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure, with the aptitude to think on your feet and resolve issues that may arise.
- Intermediate IT skills.
- Experience of working in the manufacturing or construction sector.
