Hitachi Construction Machinery UK (HCMUK) launched its first-ever virtual event, Connect with Hitachi, which took place on Thursday 22nd July at 6pm.

HCMUK would like to thank all their customers, followers, fans and press that tuned in for the event as the response has been fantastic.

Set against the stunning backdrop of some of the North East’s most iconic landmarks, the 30-minute video, with a built-in live chat feature, took viewers on a journey learning about everything from the  Hitachi Connected Technology department, the innovative mixed fleet telematics platform, CTFleet Link; as well as giving an exclusive look at the much-awaited ZX130-7, delivering some of the lowest noise levels in the market and the ZX135US-7short-tail swing model, now with more spacious state-of-the-art cabs.

The Hitachi Connected Technology department, based at Hitachi Construction Machinery UK’s Product Support Centre at the Port of Tyne, also featured heavily throughout the launch.
